• Set-up & finalizing

  • Finish last minute items such as Check in list

  • Pack Load up

• Pickup Coffee (Pick up time 7AM in Ventura)

• Setup (Arrive time 7:30 AM)

  • Volunteer and booth check in table

  • Check in table and registration table

  • Day of registration table

  • Resource booths

  • Food table

  • Prize table

  • Table for shirts

  • Ticket sales table

  • Registration Table

  • Extra tables for resting and snacking

  • Signage

  • Trail marking

  • Music

  • Children’s activity corner

• Help check in volunteers and Agencies/business with booths

• Help hand out t-shirts, tickets and bags

• Help collect money for tickets

• Help with registration and Check in

• Person to direct people to turn around at the half way point.
